Our new community is a busy place this spring, with construction activity increasing in Phase 2B. There are now 7 new homes under construction and our builder group is actively planning our newest show home parade along Sandpiper Park.
New trees have been planted, the 2nd playground is open and new banners adorn the lamp posts! Phase 2A will receive its final top-lift on the roads this spring, to smooth things out now that construction is winding down.
With only 61 lots available in Phase 2B and a busy real estate market this spring, we expect several more homes will soon be under construction as well. Broadview and Sterling Homes have sold their last show homes in Phase 2A, where a handful of lots remain.
